•     All sales are final. Every product we make is made to order and customized for you, the customer, so no product can be returned or exchanged.

•     If there is a mistake on your order, we will remake the incorrect item(s) for you, Remakes may take up to 5 weeks to ship. Mistakes must be reported within 15-days of receiving your order.

•     If we are at fault for the unacceptable product, a replacement of the product will be sent to you within 3-5 weeks.

•    Hochwertige International LLC is not liable for any claims by the customer that the product is not acceptable. Please review artwork proofs carefully for design and colors. Please keep in mind that the garment, design, placement, and colors represented in artwork proofs are a visual representation of the product. Actual garment, design placement, and colors may vary from the provided artwork proof. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in artwork proofs. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
